Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Whites & Pastels.

All our orders are packed with utmost care and caution so that it reaches our customers safely. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product, that is purchased on this website, is eligible for return/ replacement within 7 days of delivery (at customer’s place) under below conditions:

• When a wrong product is dispatched
• If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the product received
• If the product is received in a damaged condition

 

Post approval of return by Whites & Pastels team, customer need to send back the product safely to us, we request our customers to send it in the same way along with same packaging material like foam, bubble wrap etc. to protect it from any further damage.

 

Please note for above, we do not process refunds in any case. However, we offer an exchange or a credit note of same value with a lifetime validity. Confirmation will be provided once we receive the return package and we evaluate it to our satisfaction.

 

Order Cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. For “Cash On Delivery” orders, Whites & Pastels reserve the right to deny future orders. In case of prepaid orders, Whites & Pastels shall not liable to refund the amount of the order if the order is refused or returned at doorstep. Any re-delivery requests shall be chargeable additionally and shall include two-way shipping and re-packing costs.
