- Works best on Maida (All purpose flour)
- Dough should not be too sticky. Rather it should be firm enough to hold the design
- Chill your dough before rolling and before baking: Roll your dough with normal rolling pin. Then chill your dough in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before rolling. Then roll your dough slowly & steadily in downward motion.
- Cut the pieces with a cookie cutter and chill the pieces before baking to keep the design intact.
