- Works best on Maida (All purpose flour)
- Dough should not be too sticky. Rather it should be firm enough to hold the design
- Chill your dough before rolling and before baking: Roll your dough with normal rolling pin. Then chill your dough in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before rolling. Then roll your dough slowly & steadily in downward motion.
- Cut the pieces with a cookie cutter and chill the pieces before baking to keep the design intact.

We can make very beautiful Cookies.
It's good for my hobby cooking and gift for friends. Design are cleared with white wheat powder not marble Cookie. I enjoyed making Cookies 3 times in a day. I hope to available another design.
