- Chill your dough before rolling and before baking: Roll your dough with normal rolling pin. Then chill your dough in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before rolling. Then roll your dough slowly & steadily in downward motion.
- Cut the pieces with a cookie cutter and chill the pieces before baking to keep the design intact.

I was looking for a microwave heatable ghee jar and found this. Even after melting ghee in the jar using microwave the jar is does not heat up and is easy to handle.
