How to Use a Bar Spoon

• Stir, don't shake: for spirit-forward drinks, stir with ice for about 20-30 seconds.
• Hold it lightly: spin the spoon between your fingers so the back glides around the inside of the glass.
• Layer drinks: pour slowly over the back of a spoon to float one liquid on another.
• Mocktails too: use a long spoon to mix nimbu pani, jaljeera or iced tea without splashing.

Care Tips

• Gold PVD spoons: wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent; avoid abrasive scrubbers.
• Dry straight away to prevent water spots.
• Store small spoons upright in a cutlery stand so they're easy to find.
