Gold stainless steel for every part of the meal - from the buffet to the last scoop.

Gold Stainless Steel Flatware & Serving Tools

Flatware is everything metal on the table - the cutlery you eat with and the tools you serve with. This collection gathers our gold and silver stainless steel pieces in one place: large cutlery sets, sporks and dessert spoons, serving spoons and tongs, plus the finishing tools that make hosting smoother - a gold food cloche, buffet dish name stands, lidded dip bowls, an ice cream scoop and gold kitchen scissors. For a detailed guide to cutlery sets, see Cutlery & Cutlery Holders.

What Is Flatware?

Flatware is another word for cutlery - spoons, forks and knives used at the table. It sometimes also includes serving pieces like ladles, tongs and cake servers. Silverware is an older term from when cutlery was made of silver; today most flatware, including ours, is stainless steel, often with a gold PVD finish.

It's premium stainless steel with a long-lasting gold PVD coating that resists fading and tarnish, and the suitcase keeps everything organised between parties. For smaller sets, see our 24-piece options in Cutlery.

Sporks, Soup Spoons & Dessert Spoons

The Set of 6 Sporks combines a spoon and fork in one - ideal for rice, noodles, pasta and semi-liquid Indian and pan-Asian dishes - in gold or silver stainless steel. The Soup Spoons are 304-grade steel in sets of 6 or 12. Daisy, sunflower, chrysanthemum and heart-shaped dessert and tea spoons come in gold and silver - see Stirrers & Small Spoons.

Buffet Essentials

A well-labelled buffet looks professional and saves guests from asking what's in each dish. The Metal Buffet Dish Name Stand stands 8 inches tall in gold or silver stainless steel, with a weighted base and felt cushioning to protect the table. The smaller Buffet Dish Name Stand is 10 cm tall and 5 cm wide - also perfect for table numbers, place cards or event labels. Label veg and non-veg dishes, allergens and spice levels at weddings, pujas and parties.

Food Cloche

A cloche keeps food warm and covered until the reveal. The Luxury Gold Food Cloche Dome is heavy-duty 18/8 (304 grade) stainless steel with a gold PVD finish - rust-resistant, food-safe and dramatic for a biryani, a cake or a fine-dining plate. For glass cloches for desserts, see Snack Bowls & Plates.

Dip Bowls with Lids

The Set of 2 Stainless Steel Dip Bowls with Lids holds 40 ml and 70 ml, in 304-grade steel with a gold PVD or silver finish. Serve chutney, ketchup and sauces at the table, or pack them in a tiffin for travel.

Gold Kitchen Tools

  • Gold Kitchen Scissors: food-safe stainless steel blades with a gold PVD coating and acrylic handle - for herbs, packaging and kitchen prep.
  • Ice Cream Scooper with Lever: a trigger release for neat scoops, even from hard ice cream, in gold or silver.

Care for Gold Flatware

  • Soft sponge and mild detergent - never steel wool on gold PVD.
  • Dry straight away to avoid water spots.
  • Store sets in their case or a cutlery stand so pieces don't scratch each other.
  • Check each product page for specific care.
