Gold Stainless Steel Kitchen Tools

Rolling Pins (Belan)

The belan is the most-used tool in an Indian kitchen. The Gold Rolling Pin is 304 18/10-grade stainless steel with a gold PVD finish - smooth, non-porous and dishwasher safe - for chapatis, pasta and tortillas. Steel stays cool and doesn't absorb flavours or moisture the way wood can. For baking, the Engraved Rolling Pin in beech wood (15 inches long) presses a pattern into cookie dough - or try it on parathas and puris.

Prep Tools: Garlic Press, Peeler, Grater & Knife

The Garlic Press & Masher is 100% food-grade 304 stainless steel. It minces garlic and also mashes boiled baby potatoes, roasted tomatoes, paneer and cheese - and has a bottle opener slot. The Vegetable Peeler is 304 steel, dishwasher safe, in gold or silver. The Mini Grater handles ginger, garlic and lemon zest, and the Gold Kitchen Knife in 304 steel comes in gold, rose gold or silver.

Chopping Boards

Oil Dispenser & Oil Brush

The Gold Stainless Steel Oil Dispenser holds 500 ml in food-safe 304 steel with a gold PVD finish outside and a steel interior - for cooking oil, ghee or vinegar, with a controlled pour. The Gold Oil Brush spreads oil or ghee on rotis, parathas, tandoori dishes and baking trays.

Baking Tools: Measuring Cups, Spoons & Whisk

Baking needs accurate measures. The Gold Measuring Cups are a set of 4 from 1/4 cup to 1 cup, and the Measuring Spoons Set of 4 covers 1/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp and 1 tbsp. The Double-Sided Measuring Spoons give two measures on each spoon - 5 ml / 15 ml or 15 ml / 30 ml.
